Hidalgo Trail Reins

These reins are made from 1" hollow-braid nylon rope that has been rolled flat. These fit well in the hand without twisting or curling and will remain soft and pliable. Easy to keep clean and free of debris, they are ideal for trail riding, and also work great with snaffle bits for long hours of arena training. Made Extra long for trail riding at 8' 4" plus 9" leather popper.  The braided split reins have 3/4" wide harness leather water loops for connecting to the bit and doubled teardrop-shaped leather poppers on the other ends of the reins for weight. All leather is edge dyed for an attractive, finished look. Come with trigger snaps, with leather tie ends, so hardware can be switched up.
